The Post of Christmas Past

Just because December 25th has come and gone, doesn't mean the Happy Mailbox staff isn't chock-full of the Holiday spirit. (At least until the credit card bills arrive!)

This mailbox is fa-la-la-la-full, too, and it's just "pining" for some attention.

Sent by our loyal friend in Colorado, Jessica Swaim, it will be the last mailbox of 2010. I ask all of you cheerful folks to please send us your photos so we can continue spreading the joy in 2011.

Fa La La La La!

We here at Happy Mailboxes have been jonesing for something new. Just in time for the Holidays, our good friend Jessica Swaim flew in on her sleigh and presented us with this lovely sign of the season from Colorado. And not just one, but three new Merry Mailboxes will be making their way to you before Santa's big night.
We ar so ho-ho-happy!

Those Bills Are Something To Crow About!

We caw-t him in the act! He got so excited to be on our blog, he dropped his happy all over the box! This one was sent to us from Parker, Colorado by Happy Mailbox's good friend, Jessica Swaim whose newest book, Scarum Fair, has some scary birds of its own.

But Will It Accept Tweets?

A little bird told me where to find this Happy Mailbox. It was just North of my house, as the crow flies. Wonder if the guy who lives there is named Bob White?  I'll stop robin you of your email time and let you get back to surfing the internest. Ouch! Even I know when to quit.

Are bills becoming a nightmare? Neigh! You have a happy mailbox. This fiesty foal was found in Franktown, Colorado. Alert mailbox spotter, Jessica Swaim, trotted over and snapped a pic. (I wonder if they still get mail by pony express in Franklin?)

This happy fellow flew in from Parker, Colorado. Alert mailbox watcher, Jessica Swaim, found him by the side of the road. Yes--he was buzzed. :)

I really "dig" this mailbox! My friend, Hope Vestergaard,  found it up near Au Gres, Michigan.  Seems like we got a whole lotta trucks happening at Happy Mailboxes lately.

                                ...bills! This happy mailbox was seen by Kelly DiPucchio in Macomb Twp., MI. I wanted to post this on Easter, but the last few months were quite hectic and we didn't even have our OWN mailbox for awhile. (Happy or other wise.) The good news is, I have a new mailboxes to post over the next few weeks and have spotted more in my neighborhood of Addison, MI. I am looking forward to re-visiting my Blog now that we are settled.

In a Cottage in the Woods...

So we're up in Michigan looking at houses when we get lost. The real estate agent is driving in front of us and comes to a stop, gets out of the car, and walks back to tell us he has to double check his GPS. As we sit waiting, I turned my head to the right and TA-DA! Like a Divine Gift, this Happy Mailbox was waiting right outside the car window. Luckily, my camera was with me. I love Happy coincidences. This one makes me feel warm and toasty.
